Orders

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item cannot be supplied, in which case you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price you pay, including delivery to UK addresses. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you can return unused towels within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the details.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and towel sizes are measured before washing; cotton terry can settle slightly after the first wash.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

For customers in the UK, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
