30-day returns

If your towels are not right for you, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Towels need to be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at keworkm@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we cover the cost of the return or send a replacement. For other returns, return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
